Apply Pbs Prep directly to de-ice boots and spread product evenly using Jet Stream’s De-ice Boot Scrubbing Sponge.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Allow Pbs Prep to remain on de-ice boot for 2-5 minutes. This will soften all old boot treatments.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4.
