DESCRIPTION

Pbs Prep is formulated for use before each Pbs Boot Sealant treatment to avoid dulling and hard-to-remove buildup. Pbs Prep will effectively clean pneumatic de-ice boots of all old boot treatments, assuring the best results possible when applying Pbs Boot Sealant. Failure to prepare de-ice boots with Pbs Prep may result in dulling due to buildup.

DIRECTIONS

1. Tape off de-ice boots using 2” painter’s tape, curling the long edge of the tape off of the surface to prevent Pbs Prep from reaching painted surfaces.

2. Apply Pbs Prep directly to de-ice boots and spread product evenly using Jet Stream’s De-ice Boot Scrubbing Sponge.

3. Allow Pbs Prep to remain on de-ice boot for 2-5 minutes. This will soften all old boot treatments.

4. Soak the De-ice Boot Scrubbing Sponge in water and agitate the de-ice boot to remove any old boot treatment residue.

5. Using a pole and brush, completely wash and rinse de-ice boots with neutral pH wash soap to be sure boots are clean and free of Pbs Prep.

6. Dry completely with clean microfiber towels. De-ice boots are now prepared for Pbs Boot Sealant.

TIPS

Avoid Pbs Prep from coming into contact with painted surfaces.
