Skai Aircraft Metal Polish - Step 2 Finish Polish

DESCRIPTION

Skai Aircraft Metal Polish - Step 2 Finish Polish is step 2 of 2 in the Jet Stream Metal Polish System. This product is a finish polish designed to remove swirls from aircraft aluminum after the use of our Step 1 product, Skai Aircraft Metal Polish - Step 1 Cutting Polish. For use on all aircraft metal skins and brightwork. Used for polishing aircraft leading edges, spinners, engine inlets, thrust reversers and bare aluminum skins. Skai Step 2 will not become tacky or difficult to work with. Skai will quickly remove swirls when used with an orbital polisher equipped with a fleece bonnet.

DIRECTIONS

Ensure metal is free of any previous polishing compounds. Using one finger, lightly dab polish 2 - 3" apart across a 3' section of brightwork. Before turning the polisher on, spread product evenly by using a fleece bonnet. Once product is spread evenly, begin polishing at medium - high speed. Best results 4,000+ OPM. Polish until swirls are removed and you achieve desired result. Remove any leftover residue by spraying Jet Stream’s Plexi-Clear lightly onto the metal and gently wiping with a clean microfiber towel.

TIPS

Use a clean fleece bonnet and Jet Stream's cleaner spur tool to keep the polishing bonnet free of buildup during the polishing process.
